• Turnkey System Price: $262,854 (before incentives)

• 30-Year Power Bill Savings: $660,441 (assuming 4% inflation)

Inclusions for All Installations:

• Engineered, CSA-approved racking

• Solar PV modules, inverters, and communications gateway

• Balance of system and electrical equipment

• Support for rebate applications and electrical drawings

• All labor for system installation and electrical work

• Product, production, and service warranty

• System monitoring (where internet is available)

Exclusions:

• SaskPower application fees and installation of the bi-directional meter

• Roof reinforcement costs (if required)

• Accommodating existing power backup systems (if required)

• Updating existing electrical infrastructure to code and transformer upgrades

Our Solar Mission Statement

Blackstrap Golf Resort is integrating solar energy into its development for various uses. Each home will be supplemented with solar energy, utilizing either rooftop panels or a solar field, depending on the most effective layout. The resort spans half-acre lots, providing ample space for these installations.

A multi-use clubhouse will also benefit from solar energy, with solar fields charging the golf carts. Additionally, RV park stall rentals and cabin rentals will incorporate solar energy. Solar-powered corner light poles will enhance the resort's sustainability.

We are currently in discussions with solar providers for detailed designs, and there are programs available to help offset the installation costs. Although homeowners cannot profit from excess energy, they can build up credits to offset usage during colder months.
