The Blackstrap 9-Hole Golf Resort

Welcome to Blackstrap Golf Resort, nestled on the eastern shores of Blackstrap Lake, where stunning Saskatchewan sunsets paint the sky. Located just 20 minutes south of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, our resort offers the longest 9-hole lakeside golf course in Canada. Blackstrap Lake is Saskatchewan’s largest freshwater lake, provides a picturesque backdrop for your golfing experience.

Our course features five sets of tees per hole—red, white, blue, gold, and black—offering a variety of challenging distances for golfers of all levels. The expansive greens, uniquely designed with two flag pins per hole, allow for versatile play configurations, including an option to play 18 holes by alternating tee decks between the front and back flags.

Blackstrap Golf Course is renowned for its natural beauty, showcasing rolling hills, scenic valleys, and strategically placed sand traps. The course is irrigated with lake water, efficiently managed through a state-of-the-art Rainbird irrigation system powered by twin turbines. Additionally, the property will include a well-equipped clubhouse, a driving range, and 97 fully serviced half-acre lots with city water connections.

Our club house will have an estimated 183 solar panels on the roof to support all of the power needs during our peak seasons.
