One of our many goals is to be able of generating enough power through Solar Energy to minimize the need to use other forms of power.

Lakeside Golf Resort Phase 1:

Consisted of 21 one acre Lakefront lots and 9 Lakeview lots which is Sold Out.

The project has City Water, Natural Gas, Power and each lot is allowed its own Septic tank and field.

Lakeside Golf Resort Phase 2:

Consists of 106 lots the majority of are 1/2 acre lots with the exception of lots 1 and 2 Block 5 and Lots 23 through lots 28 lakefront which are all 1 acre lots. 82 of the lots back the gold course.

No septic fields will not be allowed and a hookup to a sewer line with a direct pump to a lagoon 3 miles away.

Cabin and Condo Developments

Each lot is at least half an acre.

Garage packages include options for a 2-car garage, 3-car garage, or garages with living spaces above.

A 4-plex condo development on a 10-acre parcel near the clubhouse will offer 40-48 condos, depending on the layout.
